Shipping destinations:

• We ship to anywhere in New Zealand. Sorry, no international shipments at this stage.

Shipping times:

• Orders take 5 business days to be shipped to you. Please allow an additional 2 - 3 business days for urban delivery and 5 - 7 business days for rural delivery.
• We aim to ship your order at the beginning of the week after you place the order. For example, if you order on a Tuesday, we aim to ship your order on Monday next week. This allows for your order to be delivered on time and avoids storing your products in courier warehouses for long.
• Shipping times might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and location. Shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

• You can select your preferred payment method during checkout.
• We accept secure payments for New Zealand customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay.
• We also accept offline payments via direct bank transfer or cash on pickup. Please note that some of these payment methods are not available for all locations.
• Cash payments are only available on pickup.
• Note that your bank might charge you additional exchange or credit card fees depending on your bank and credit card type.

Our policy is valid for a period of 3 calendar days from the date of receiving your product. If you receive your order and are not satisfied, you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 3 days has lapsed, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund. The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

• Product is defective
• Product is not as described
• Product must be in original packaging
  
• Product must be unused
• Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. In order to return an order, you must contact us first. Returns should be mailed to 414 West Coast Road, Glen Eden, Auckland 0602, New Zealand. You will be paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return and we will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the items if they meet the refund criteria. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is damaged or is found to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order; do so by going to the cart and clicking "check out". Follow the instructions by providing us with the delivery information and select the payment method the for products. We are always happy to guide you at any step!

Cooking instructions:

1. Cook for 25 - 30 mins in a preheated oven turned on from below ONLY at 180° C. Do NOT remove the foil cover. rotate them halfway through cooking so they bake evenly.
2. If it is done the edges should turn golden brown.
3. Place a large flat plate on top of the foil plate and then flip the foil plate.  Tip: to ensure kunafeh flips, gently shake the foil plate to make sure it is loose and ready for the flip.
4. Pour the provided sugar syrup evenly and decorate with the provided pistachios.
5. Enjoy! :)

• Note: Store any leftovers in the fridge at (4° C or below) and consume within 10 days. Just remember to heated up before eating.
•  Freeze if you are keeping it for a long time.

Heating up instructions:

- Place the kunafa in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 10-15 mins.

- If it is get dried, add the amount you like of sugar syrup (kunafa already has sweetened so be mindful of the amount of sweetness you add).

- Decorate with the provided pistachios.
